In this video I will show you how to crop your run in Strava using the inbuilt Strava App Crop Tool.

It's very easily done but how many times, when recording your run on Strava do you forget to press STOP?

You then jump in your car to drive home unknowingly messing up all your run data, especially pace...

If you're a keen user of features such as Strava Segments, Fitness & Freshness, Pace Analysis, Heart Rate Training Zones, etc then you are going to seriously cause some problems in these areas by having a lot of incorrect numbers in your running training data. Not to mention having other Strava users flag your runs as 'cheating' when you inadvertently claim King of The Mountain (KOM).

It would be much better if you could ensure that your Strava running training data is as accurate as possible by cropping out those 'car assisted' segments.

Your Strava app now has a crop tool where you can easily trim your run so only the actual run is recorded.....and not the accidental afters.
