In this video we will be replacing the full sole (not the footbed as well) on a pair of Birkenstock Milano.

As well we will fix up any straps coming unglued, treating the leather upper with Saphir Renovater and adding Kelly's Cork re-new to the cork footbed.

The same process is is used for style such as the Arizona, London, Boston and other styles from Birkenstock.
