Kapil Dev is a star Indian Cricketer who won ICC ODI World Cup for India in 1983. Kapil's ancestors moved from the Pakistani village of Shah Yakka (Now in District Okara, Tehsil Depalpur, Punjab Pakistan) to India in 1947. In 1978 Kapil Dev came to Pakistan as his deputy tour. During this tour, he surprisingly visited his ancestral village Shah Yakka. The memories of his visit are still alive in the minds of the village people.
