» Interceptor - the Crazy Fast 3D Printed Flying Wing

This is the Interceptor... a high performance forward swept flying wing built for speed. It's a 3D printed wing that flys like an expensive composite model. I designed this plane for fast line-of-sight action and FPV missions. It can be downloaded for free from Thingiverse:

The Interceptor features a 1m wingspan forward swept wing, a slim semi-symmetrical reflexed airfoil, twin tractor motors and a sleek bullet shaped fuselage with a sliding magnetic canopy. As you can see in this video, this plane has excellent performance & handling characteristics and is naturally fast. This plane has been clocked on the radar at 255km/h (158mph) which is impressive for an inexpensive printed model.
