1. First of all go to setting and click the wifi and click to forget this network and re connect the internet
2.Go to again youtube account and click to switch account
3.Click to setting
4.Click your gmail ID
5. Click to remove account from this device
6. Go back again and type your gmail account
7. Hopefully now it's working

Second steps - If still not solve the problem please follow up the below steps

A. Sign out of the app
B. Disable an enable your network connection ( WIFI or 4g )
C. Uninstall and reinstall the youtube apps
