In these halcyon days for variant sudoku and puzzles generally, we have another worldie tonight from Kaktuslav called Stretching. It's got a perfect rating and, even though its a chaos construction, only carries a 3/5 difficulty tariff. This is REALLY good!

Rules:
Divide the grid into nine regions, each consisting of 9 orthogonally-connected cells. Regions cannot overlap. Place the digits 1–9 once each in every row, column, and region. In cells with arrows, the digit equals the number of cells in its own region (including itself) visible in the arrow directions; sight is blocked by region borders or the edge of the grid.
