Installation of Oracle APEX 19.2 with Database 12c R1 [pluggable] in Windows 10 4K

a. Run Setup as administrator.
b. Unzip apex folder so we do not need to copy and paste it.
c. I do not wish to receive updates.
d. Create and configure a database.
e. Desktop class.
f. Use Windows Built-in Account (you can use other option as well.)
g. Global database, password, and Pluggable database name from your choice.
h. Click Password Management and set password for SYS and SYSTEM from your choice.
i. Open SQL Plus and connect as sys / as sysdba
j. Check sga_max_size by running this command
SHOW PARAMETER SGA;
if it is less than 3000m increase it between 4000-5000m by running this command
ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_TARGET = 5000M SCOPE=SPFILE;
k. Check Pluggable database status by running this command
SELECT name, open_mode
FROM v$pdbs;
if it is mounted then open it by running this command
ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE PDBORCL OPEN;
if it is open then run this command
ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE PDBORCL SAVE STATE; (PDBORCL is my pluggable database.)
l. Shut down database by running this command
shut immediate;
m. Now start database by running this command
startup
n. After it starts check sga_max_size and Pluggable database status again by running these
commands repectively.
show parameter sga;
SELECT name, open_mode
FROM v$pdbs;
o. Now open command prompt and reach where apex folder is available.
p. Connect as sys / as sysdba
q. Now run this command before every apex scripts (@apexins, @apxchpwd.sql, @apex_rest_config.sql,
@apex_epg_config.sql, @apxldimg.sql)
ALTER SESSION SET CONTAINER = PDBORCL;
and make sure "Session altered" appear after running this command ALTER SESSION SET CONAINER = PDBORCL;
if not then connect again as sys / as sysdba.
r. Now install apex.
s. User ADMIN recommended, email, and Password from your choice.
t. Give path where apex folder is available.
u. Open SQL Plus connect as sys / as sysdba and run this command
ALTER USER ANONYMOUS IDENTIFIED BY oracle ACCOUNT UNLOCK;
