ingredients:

Mutton Paye 8-10 (4,1/2 lbs) (2,1/2 kg)
Whole wheat flour 1/3 cup

For boil the trotters & make stock:

Water 14-16 cups (4 litter)
Salt 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick 3 small
Bay leaves 2
garlic ginger paste 1,1/2 tbsp

For paste:

Onion 2-3 medium
Garlic 6-8 large cloves
Ginger 2 inches piece
Water 1/2 cup for paste

Oil 1,1/4 cup
Salt 3/4 tbsp
Coriander powder 1,1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
All spices 1/2 tbsp

For garnish

coriander
Ginger julienne cut
