During a parliamentary discussion on Operation Sindoor, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar provided a detailed account of the diplomatic exchanges and events leading up to the successful military operation. He informed the House that on May 9th, U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance had issued a direct warning to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, indicating intelligence of an imminent, large-scale attack from Pakistan.
