Our destination today is Rabindra Sarobar, previously known as Dhakuria Lake. It was changed to its present name in 1958 after the renowned poet and Nobel Laureate, Rabindranath Tagore.

RangaMati Udyan is a model of Jungle Mahal located at Gate no 4. It is joint venture of Jungle Mahal Udyog under CMDA. It is a man- made lake and the second largest water body of Kolkata. It is an offbeat place of Rabindra Sarobar lake. You will be amazed by its serene beauty.
