We have switched all registered participants to virtual runners. We will still have shirts for all 5K Registered participants and awards/medals for top 3 Male/Female in each age groups: (9 & Under, 10-12, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Over). Each age group winner will also get a Gift Certificate from Dick’s Sporting Goods. We will mail medals and shirts or have curbside pick-up at our YMCA Soccer Complex.

There is still time to register, so if you have friends or family members that might be interested please let them know that they can register up to April 18.

All participants will have until May 1st by 11:59 PM to complete their 5K run and submit photo proof of your time and distance. You can run any course you want, even on a treadmill. You choose where and when to run. The photo proof can be of your GPS watch, smartwatch, phone app, treadmill display or any other device. This must be submitted via email to [email protected].

Your submission needs to include your name, age and gender. Once we get all submissions sorted out we will list the age group winners on the event Facebook page and send email to all participants with the results.
