In Indian savory snack, mixture is one of the foremost item. There are dozen varieties of mixture. Mixture as the name states, is a mix of various other savories for a combination. In this South Indian special mixture, I have prepared with the combination of common South Indian snack along with other crispy fried ingredients. This can be had along with rice item, or an evening snack loved by both young and old. The proportion of the items can be fine tuned to the individual taste so feel free to innovate according to your taste as well. Although this preparation is little time consuming and elaborate, once this is prepared it will be worth the time.
