Being a startup solo founder is an overwhelming job. You get to wear every single hat that’s required to run and operate a business from scratch.

I’ve been building my startup SewaYou for the past 4 years part-time and one year full-time. From a side project to successfully raising money from VC, without a single employee nor freelancers.

I did all the product development, coding, designing, content marketing, growing the user base, and whatever it takes to build and grow a social consumer app.

In today’s video, I’ll share with you some of my personal experiences and some tips that helped me stay organized and grow my startup.

00:00 Introduction
00:38 Have a system to capture information and resurface it as needed
06:02 Plan first, then execute. Don't do both at the same time
09:58 Work as if you have teammates
13:40 Have a long and short-term roadmap
17:00 Conclusion
