In this series, I show the complete construction of a house in the middle of nature—a modern cabin set in a vineyard forest.
A concept that combines a traditional wooden cabin with a modern tiny house. A tiny house that transforms.

This is an architecture and self-build project, made entirely from scratch and built by myself. It’s a cabin-style house with a lightweight steel and wood structure, designed as an affordable, eco-friendly, efficient, and sustainable home.

Throughout the episodes, you can see the real step-by-step dry construction process, modern building systems, transformable design, hands-on construction, and low-cost decisions.

I show the process from start to finish—from the initial layout, beams, columns, steel and wood structure, walls, roof, floor, ceiling, panels, painting, and finishes, down to the very last detail.

A sustainable, simple, and functional house project with a unique and transformable interior design, built in direct contact with nature, with a huge amount of effort and dedication.

Although I’m young, I’ve participated in more than 100 architectural projects — including houses, buildings, and commercial spaces — since I worked at one of the largest architecture firms in my province. I’ve also spent years teaching, and I’ve received both provincial and national awards.

I’m Lautaro Esain, architect.
And I decided to take my profession to the extreme: to design and build my own HOUSE (¿house?) in a family vineyard, in Mendoza, Argentina — land of sun and great wine.

This project is more than a construction: it’s a personal search to contribute, in my own small way, something meaningful to society.
But you’ll only truly understand that if you watch the series… this is just the beginning.

In this work, I’m putting everything I have — mind, body, and soul.
• With my mind, by resolving every detail from its essence.
• With my body, by facing the physical challenges of building almost everything on my own (the only tasks I didn’t do myself are plumbing and metalwork — and some materials were purchased; as the series progresses, you’ll see and understand these details).
• With my soul, by leaving my essence imprinted in every space of the project.

Just as an artist paints a canvas, I build my own work of art — but one that isn’t hung on a wall... it’s lived in.
