1925 Ford Model T project -ep 11 - the transmission from HELL

In this video, Gen III Antique Auto disassembles a transmission from a 1925 Ford Model T.

The video begins with the disassembly of the transmission parts that have been cleaned in a parts washer.
The transmission bands are inspected, and one is found to be slightly frayed. New bands will be installed.
The clutch disc and pressure plate are removed. The clutch disc appears to be in good condition.
The flywheel is removed, and the Turbo 400 clutch discs are inspected. These discs are part of an aftermarket upgrade for the Model T transmission.
The transmission cover is removed, and the main drive gear is inspected. It appears to be in good condition.
The reverse gear is removed, and the key that holds it in place is found to be damaged. A new key will be needed.
The countershaft is removed, and the bushings are inspected. They are found to be worn and will be replaced.
The video ends with a close-up of a damaged trip gear.
