NeuroLens is a useful tool for certain measurements, but ultimately falls short due to the limitations of the unit. NeuroLens is unable to take into account the effects of head movement on visual function (visual-vestibular integration) and completes its measurements in a very artificial environment.

So while it is better than nothing, it provides less results and less value than proper prism prescribing by an optometrist who specializes in this field.
