Meet Bruce. A few years ago the highly recognized editor and columnist at the Sioux City Journal decided he needed a lifestyle change...so he joined the Y as part of a wellness challenge. Step by step, his health- body and mind- improved, so he stuck with us.

Now Bruce is an everyday familiar face at the Y as well!
