Описание к видео Vigan Part 3: Longganisa Streetdance Competition

Vigan celebrates the Feast of the Conversion of its patron saint, St. Paul the Apostle, in an annual fiesta. The festivities last for days and focus on Vigan agriculture, education, sports and arts. There are booths from various regions that show Ilocano creativity and cultural presentations that show traditional songs and dances.

The main attraction of the fiesta is the Longganisa Festival that showcases the longganisa, a native sausage that the city is known for. The parade attracts grade school and high school contestants from other provinces and the locals and tourists are treated to an awesome spectacle of joy in dance.
