It is a mythic themed vinyasa practice, means I will tell you the story of the pose we take, Hanumanasa and how it relates to our everyday life. Every pose we take in yoga holds a deeper teaching and gift for us and is often linked the fascinating indian mythology. Enjoy this challenging and fun practice.
