I've seen these types of videos all around youtube so if you know who came up with it let me know:D But basically all you need to do is follow my instructions but you can do that with your eyes closed:D This video includes a bunch of different focus tests that reminded me a lot of a cranial nerve exam:D I'm basically testing your hearing, sense of smell and sense of touch in this video:D I tried to film this one a bit slower for those of you who don't like the fast and aggressive focus triggers and are watching this video for sleep:))
