Serbia's opposition movement insisted on Monday (16/12) that government of President Milosevic must recognise the proper results in November's municipal elections before talks can begin to resolve the country's political crisis.
Opposition leader Vuk Draskovic adddressed reporters on his return from Geneva, where he met the top US official dealing with the region, John Kornblum.
