Today i am sharing with you all a very special cake which is Dalgona Coffee Cake. This is a chocolate cake with Dalgona coffee cream frosting. This cake comes out very soft and moist. It coffee frosting enhances the taste of cake. It look so beautiful. You can make this cake for birthdays and anniversaries. This cake is very easy to make with very common ingredients. ~Ingredients for Dalgona Coffee Cake~

Cake tin used- 7"x7" square cake tin

For Base Cake
Maida or Refined flour- 150 g
Cocoa powder- 40g
Eno- 1 tsp
Refined oil- 50 ml
Sugar- 100g
Milk- 200 ml
Vanilla essence- few drops


For Coffee cream
Instant Coffee powder- 2 and 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar- 4 tsp
Hot water- 4 tsp

For decoration
Dairy milk chocolate- 2 of Rs.10 each
