 Home as a child: small, noisy (unless dad was on nights), open fire, smell of food, safe, loving, always there.
 Home as a teenager: felt smaller, still safe, still loving, always there.
 Home as a young adult: 2 homes - old home & new home. New home eventually failed but old home still safe & still there!
 Home as an older adult: where there is love.

If I can make a proxy contribution to the concept of home: our family, which consists of our rescue dogs and our log burner, turn our house into a home. Both are hard work, expensive and messy but well worth it.

"Home" proved an amazing springboard for memories. Perhaps others would like to explore this theme too?
