How to Make a Pattern from Clothing (Without taking it Apart!) - Sewing Hack

How to turn your favorite clothing into sewing patterns - no cutting, unpicking, or awkward tracing required!
This easy poking technique works for copying or "knocking off" most types of garments (only wouldn't recommend on very delicate fabric), and gives a more accurate pattern copy than many tracing methods.

With your new pattern you can then either sew a duplicate or alter the pattern for a better fit or different design. :)
