Ingredients


chicken- 2 1/2kg
chicken masala -1 1/2sp
coriander powder-1sp
chillypowder-1sp
garam masala-1sp
turmericpowder-1sp
ginger garlic paste-1sp
curd-2sp
Salt
cardamom-6nos
cloves-6nos
cinnamon-2pc
shallot-250gm
onion-8nos
greenchilly -5nos
curryleaves
for tomato paste-5nos tomato
turmericpowder-1/2sp
coriander powder-2tbsp
chillypowder-1tbsp
curd-1/2cup 125gm
chicken masala-1 1/2sp
garam masala-1tsp
fennel seed-1tbsp
cashews-25nos(grind it to make paste)
ghee-1tbsp
dalda-50gm



chicken to be marinated with chicken masala, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and curd. mix well and leave it for resting for two hours.
then fry the chicken and keep aside.
place a pan and add chicken fried oil to it and add fennel seed, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and star anise. fry it well. then add ginger garlic paste to it and mix well. then add shallot to it and mix well and then add onion to it. mix well. then add greenchilly to it and mix well. then add turmericpowder and dalda to it and mix well.then add kashmeeri chilly powder and chillypowder to it and mix well. then add coriander powder to it mix well. then add hot water to it. mix well. for two minutes. then cook tomato and grind it in a mixi. and add to it mix it well.then add curd to it and mix well for 2minutes. then add garam masala and chicken masala to it. mix it well. then add cashew paste to it and mix well. then add enough hot water to it and cook it by covering ot. then add fried chicken to it and mix well. cook it well until the gravy get thickens.then add curry leaves to it.
