New court documents confirm that Blueface has officially lost by default in the civil lawsuit stemming from the Las Vegas shooting incident involving Kentabius Traylor.

According to the Clark County District Court order, the judge granted the plaintiff’s application for default judgment after Blueface failed to appear or file any opposition in the case. The court found that proper service was completed and that Blueface did not respond, resulting in judgment being entered against him.

The court awarded damages totaling $1,174,730.01, which includes:

Past medical expenses

$1,000,000 for pain, suffering, and emotional trauma

Accrued interest

The court also noted that Blueface’s actions were found to be egregious and that liability was established pursuant to his prior criminal conviction related to the incident. The associated business entity, Euphoriс Gentleman’s Club, was dismissed from the case earlier, leaving Blueface individually liable for the judgment.
