00:08 WHAT IS AN OEMS So what is an OEMS? OEMS stands for order execution management system. It's a technology that allows you to manage simply your orders and how you execute trades. There are hundreds of different sources of liquidity in the cryptocurrency market scattered throughout the globe. So for example, if there is 10, 50, 100 different exchanges, an order execution management system will allow a trader to connect into all those different sources of liquidity and have a single access point from which they can manage all their orders simply as the name implies, as well as execute on multiple exchanges from the single source of liquidity.

00:44 One of the issues that's prevalent in the cryptocurrency market is that markets are fragmented. liquidity is not the same at different exchanges, not all liquidity is created equal. And traders don't necessarily have the ability to find the best order, or the best price at any given moment in time any given exchange. One of the nice features about an SMS is from the single access point, you can then look at your your wallet, and you can look at your positions your portfolio, all the orders, and see in real time, your your your position in real time, your profit loss at any given moment how they compare to the actual market.

01:18 One thing that's nice about anorder execution management system is because you don't have to physically place the order at each and every exchange, it can rest within the entity that's managing your order it'll sit within that entity until such a time that the market comes to your order, whether it's the market declines to your bid or rises to your offer, at which point the system will then put the order into whatever exchange is showing that price liquidity to give them points and then allow you to execute on that.....
