Juicy, Crusty, Cheesy: The Smashburger Taking Grill Dads By Storm

Smashburgers are a game changer for any home grill master. Once you have a good smashburger, my guess is you won't bo back to the traditional thick patty grill technique because the juicy, cheesy, crusty amazing bites from the smashburger will blow your mind.

The first time I ever tried a smashburger was at the restaurant Husk in Charleston, South Carolina from one of my favorite celebrity chefs, Sean Brock. He published his recipe for his custom grind online so that's what i'm trying here. The bacon, flank steak and chuck roast custom grind is amazing and delivers the perfect American grill bite.
