Today we'll head up into the Bago Bluff National Park on what should be an easy ride along good gravel roads and forest trails. The Bago Bluff is a rocky feature rising to over 1,400 feet and visually dominates the Hastings River Valley around the village of Wauchope. It was too windy to fly the drone so you'll have to look it up to see what it looks like from a distance.

I would like to pay my respect to the Birpai elders past, present, and future and acknowledge the stories, traditions, and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on this land.

My gear - these links aren't sponsored, I just like to share:

I buy my coffee beans freshly roasted from the team at Premium Coffee Roasters in Port Macquarie - an excellent small, local business - https://premiumcoffeeroasters.com.au

My dry pack/tail bag is from Australian-based company OSAH All Terrain Gear - you can find it and many others here - https://bit.ly/3GE5k6c (also my Amazon Associate link below)
