DRUM COVER - Nite Sprite by Chick Corea

I never had the chance to record a video in tribute to the great Chick Corea as he passed away back in February while I was still at school in Philadelphia, so here we go! I love the energy and build of this song, and the entire band is on such a high level by the end of the song. What more is there to say about Steve Gadd's performance too? His drum part is varied through almost every section, but full of musicality and fiery energy. It is a perfect case of where a drum part on its own can easily be and represent a piece of music. Enjoy!
