Can tuner pedal fix Pod Go impedance issue? (different genres, no talking)

Using Boss TU-3 as buffer in front of Pod Go. I didn't reamp signal, instead I played all the parts twice, with and without pedal. No post processing, except level matching and master limiter. Can you hear the difference?
