First and foremost, I am a very prideful person. The thought of asking for help really is tough for me. The last couple of years, I have fallen out of remission from Crohn's disease. I've battled back and forth trying to get the right combination of medication and continue to make it to work. Unfortunately, my employer has tried to help as much as they could.

I have also exhausted all my outlets for help at this time, such as help from the state and help from my parents. I've since started falling way behind on my rent, car payment, power bill and the most important would be medication to keep me in a functioning way to help me get back to some sort of work. My hope is to ask for any kind of help until I receive the correct medication that is needed. This would help immensely not only for me, but my son as well. I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this, help and possibly donate.
