Hi, I share with you this quick ballet class, a 20min barre workout to stretch and warm up the muscles in your entire body
If it is your first time doing ballet, try to do the exercises, with your current range of motion and be sure that with consistency you will grow stronger and more flexible.

let this workout guide you to be in sync with your body and one with the music.
It is a moment of meditation as well, the exercises are simple once you do them 2 or 3times.
The key is to do each movement fully, try to watch carefully where every muscle is and whether it is tense or relaxed. engage your entire body, even your gaze should follow the movement.

I cant't think of a better way to be in the present moment, body mind and soul are all in one place and thats what makes ballet fascinating!
