Crosswinds in a STOL plane - techniques demo'd in Kitfox by Parallel42 (MSFS)

Some near misses and some showboating! I take the Kitfox by Parallel42 for some laps of Johnson Creek (3U2) in MSFS. Crab/Cross Control & Side Slip demo'd. Techniques for takeoff and landing with a crosswind that work well in the sim though may not follow real procedures. Caveat: 'Entertainment only' - not for flying IRL. If you're a real STOL pilot, I'd love to hear your opinion/experiences/techniques!
