2012 F150 Turn Signal mount

Описание к видео 2012 F150 Turn Signal mount

On a 2012 F-150 this is a way I found to replace the main section that the turn signal switch MOUNTS TO (underneath the "clam shell" outer cover.) Both pieces are constructed of material that gets brittle over time and eventually breaks. I need to correct the size I mentioned as far as one of the sockets required and that would be a 5.5mm socket, (not a 5mm as mentioned accidentally). As a side note: the other tools mentioned were a 7mm socket and a 3mm allen wrench as well as a pair of small needle nose pliers and of course the T 50 Torx to remove the steering wheel mount bolt. Also there was Blue thread lock on this bolt and I highly recommend re coating it with the same. This video is for educational and/or recreational use ONLY and I don't in any way guarantee anything and I Highly recommend taking your vehicle to a trained professional if you expect safe results. If you perform this operation you do so solely at your own risk! Thanks & I hope you have a blessed day.
