Aerides Odorata Repot | Growing Aerides in Inorganic Semi-Hydro/Self-Watering | 7 Month Update

Hi everyone, it's Annabel, welcome back to my channel!
Today we are repotting my Aerides odorata and updating on how it is doing in a modified, inorganic semi-hydroponic/self-watering setup. This is mainly because I want it to have a larger pot, to meet the angle that new roots are coming down from the stem at. I also think the repot will be easier while the roots are in the pot, before they try and come down through the bottom of the inner pot into the water reservoir! I'm adding in a top layer of large smooth pebbles I have been trying for Vandas- maybe a little too big, but more appropriate than the small pebbles I have.
