Step-by-Step Condi Soulbeast (for fractals)

This video is part of the new beginner section on some of the builds on the discretize website.

It shows a step-by-step approach to the Condi Soulbeast rotation, leading up to the full rotation.
The main focus is fractals.
Gear used was the same as the Krait Runes setup on the dT website.

Stat Infusions were used here. They usually make a difference of ~2-3%.
Jade Bot Core was not used. It will further increase damage by a bit since you gain Expertise from Vitality.

Make sure you are flanking the enemy as much as possible as you have various traits benefitting from it.

The goal of these videos is to show a step-by-step approach to learning the most important things about these builds for fractals specifically.
Therefore different gear/trait and golem setups are often chosen compared to the raid variant.
Burst damage will also have a bigger focus due to fractal fights often having shorter phases than raid fights.

Golem Setup:
- All boons, no Banners/Spotter/Spirits
- No Food/Utility
- 1 million golem with all Conditions

Notes:
- This setup was chosen to strike a balance between realistic fractal buffs and making the 1 million golem not die too fast, as well as not cost any money for food.
- 1 million golem was chosen mainly since the opening is the most important part for fractals.
