Took me 4 hours experimenting because the slab arena videos around Youtube doesn't work for me until I used this simple arena for The Twins and Skeletron Prime.

I recommend crafting Night's Edge before fighting Queen Slime since the weapon can reach her in her phase 2. Ranged weapons would work too. While ripping off her health, smaller slimes would spawn (ranged slimes and flying slimes) and killing them is necessary since the ranged slimes shoot bouncing projectile balls and this would hinder your movement from evading Queen Slime and her attacks.

Fast mounts are recommended, especially those that jump high, so the Unicorn mount would be the best choice for me. They have a chance to be dropped (Blessed Apple item) by Unicorns and some enemies that spawn in the Hallow.

Healing potions and Greater Healing potions are good items to bring for critical situations. And for finishing up, the arena should be long enough for you to avoid her minions whenever ripping the boss' health.
