Semanalmente Val nos presenteia com seu quadro "Meu Nome é Val" no programa Band Mulher, compartilhando sua voz e visão de mundo. E como se não bastasse, é a mente brilhante por trás do Festival Humor Negro, que deu origem ao especial e série Humor Negro no Multishow e Globoplay, reunindo os maiores talentos da comédia preta nacional. As a journalist and racial diversity consultant, Val doesn't just tell stories; she lives them and drives them. Her production, presentation, and reporting work are just one part of her impact on the cultural and social scene. She is the mind behind the public relations of AFROPUNK Bahia, one of the largest black culture festivals in the world. Furthermore, she played a crucial role in the guest list at the prestigious Club Renaissance event, bringing to Salvador a historic moment with the presence of the iconic Beyoncé.

Every week, Val presents us with her painting "Meu Nome é Val" on the Band Mulher program, sharing her voice and worldview.
