Ingredients and Measurements:
For the milk mixture:
1 can evaporated milk (1.5 cups)
1.5 cups whole milk
1 and 1/4 cup sugar (you can use more or less sugar depending on taste)
1 tsp. ground cardamom/elychee
1 cinnamon stick

For the parsad:
3/4 cup cream of wheat (I used Sooji/Suji)
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup ghee
milk mixture (see above)- only add it in in increments so it can absorb
