نان روغنی با مسکه | Naan Rogani Ba Maska| Homemade Bread With Butter

درست کردن نان روغنی با مسکه
مواد لازم
آرد یک کیلو و نیم
روغن مسکه یا کره ۲۶۰ گرم
شیر یک گلاس
یک قاشق سوپخوری نمک
یک قاشق شکر
یک قاشق چایخوری پکین پودر
مایه خمیر به مقداری لازم
آب ولرم به مقدار لازم
فر تا سیصد سانتی‌گراد خوب داغ شود و بعد نان را داخل فر میذارم

Ingredients for this bread:
1,5kg flower
260g bake & cook butter
1 glass if milk
1 soup spoon of salt
1 spoon of sugar
1 spoon of baking powder
yeast
water
preheat the oven at 300°C
