I Got My PokeGrade Graded Lugia Regraded at GetGraded! UK Grading Company Comparison.

In Todays Video we look at my GetGraded Return of the Neo genesis Lugia that PokeGrade graded a 3!, I sent the card to GetGraded UK to see how they would grade it after removing some slight debris that was on the card. do you agree with the grade that was given on either parts? who do you think was in the right?
