This episode initially aired on February 7, 2002 and it follows three stories (4 people) who are undergoing elective cosmetic surgery.

Julia is having gastric bypass. Luke gets the calf implants. Allison, and Rachael have a rhinoplasty and liposuction to help reach their goal of making it into Playboy.

(Note: mouth movements and the words they're speaking eventually begin to not line up in the video, and that mismatch continues throughout. I will try to work on this, and if I can solve it I will reupload).
