For our TSC professional dress form models, this video explains what to do should your chrome pole get stuck inside your black pole.

There are basically two scenarios:

Scenario 1: if there is enough of the chrome pole (about 5 inches) protruding from the black pole. The solution to this is to reinstall the poles into the base, secure them and then use the regular pedal function to release the poles.

Scenario 2: there is not enough of the chrome protruding from the black pole (or if the chrome pole is completely inside the black pole). The solution to this is to disassemble the chrome pole parts, remove them the black pole and then reassemble the chrome pole.
