Cheesecake attempt

The ingredients used in the video:
For the Crust:
300 g of ground biscuits
125 g butter
100 ml of cold milk
1 tablespoons of powdered sugar

For the cheese filling:
450 g of Ella fresh cheese
500 ml sweet cream
around 200 g of powdered sugar (or add as much as you prefer)
1 packet of vanilla sugar
10 g of gelatin
10 g of creamfix
50 ml of water (for the gelatin)

For the fruit part:
400 g - 450 g of berries
around 150 ml of water
10 g of gelatin
4 spoons of sugar
