RISOL LUMPIA MIE

5 siung bawang merah (1000)
3 siung bawang putih (500)
50ml air
50ml minyak goreng (800)
1/2 sdm garam
1 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt lada bubuk
100gr wortel (1000)
Kecap manis secukupnua

60 lembar kulit lumpia (9428)

Pencelup:
6 telur ayam (10.800)
1 daun bawang uk besar (2000)
3 cabe merah keriting
1/2 sdm kaldu sapi bubuk
3 sdm tepung maizena
75ml air

Gas+minyak+dll (5000)

Modal -+ Rp 36.028 jadi 60 pcs.
Modal per pcs= 36.028 : 60 = Rp. 600

Jika jual 1000, omset= 1000x60= 60.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 60.000 - 36.028
= 23.972

Atau jual 1500an, sesuaikan saja dengan modal di daerah masing-masing ☺.
