I finally found a reason to play Freddy in DBD! Survivors already hate freddy enough so why not make them hate him even more but giving them the worst skill check penalty possible in this game. This build is honestly quite simple but loads of fun when you realise how satisfying it is hearing failed skill checks around the map and knowing exactly how much regression is caused by each one.
