How to sleep after a tummy tuck and a BBL?

After having a tummy tuck, when sleeping, for the upper part of your body, you can use one or two wedges or even add a pillow to keep your head extra elevated.

For the lower part, you should use a BBL pillow. You can also place a hard cushion underneath it, so that the BBL pillow has some height. Then, your butt should go in the empty space between the wedges and the BBL pillow.
And then when you lay down, your bbl pillow is coming right on the back of your thighs, to the point where your glutes meet your thighs. Every bbl garment has a seam right where it separates the glutes from the thighs; that seam is what you want to be touching the back edge of the bbl pillow.
