BAD Injector 🚫 - This injector from a TD42 showing a jammed needle and dangerous 'water pistol' spray. You can clearly hear fuel gushing through the injector nozzle when we pump the injector pop tester. How can it still run? It's amazing what we see everyday in our shop still running and surprisingly with little symptoms

GOOD injector ✅ - The injector after rebuilding with Genuine NEW injector nozzle. Nice sharp atomised spray and a very distinct noise as the injector nozzle opens and closes at a frequency level of accuracy. This leads to Better Torque, Efficiency and possible Economy Benefits.
