How to tackle Whiteboarding challenge in UX interviews?

Whiteboarding session is a common practice in UX interview process to judge how a candidate analyses and approaches a problem statement. The interviewer will give you a problem statement and then you will have a time constraint to whiteboard and show your way through, how you would approach the problem.
